10 Week Program – January 9, 2023 – March 12, 2023
Our youth kickboxing athletes in the last year have competed in multiple events, the provincial championships and qualified for the Ontario Winter Games.
During these events they showed discipline, confidence, strength and most importantly perseverance through tough bouts.
Perseverance being the MOST important, because doing hard things and seeing it through is a life skill for future success.
Having seen their growth and the demand for more youth programs we’re excited to announce the expansion of our Junior Dragons program in 2023!
Starting January 9th we’ll be hosting 2 NEW youth classes:
Junior Dragons (6-12 years old) Wednesday 4:30 p.m. -5:15 p.m.
Senior Dragons (13-17 years old) Tuesday & Thursday 4:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Our 10 week program will incorporate life skills like focus, discipline, courage and most importantly perseverance and teach important martial arts skills for self defense.
Kickboxing has also been recently accepted as an official Olympic Sport and competitions are set to debut at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
Building a youth foundation is very important for the growth of the sport in Canada and we’re excited to have Fight Fitness be involved in that growth through our association with the World Amateur Kickboxing Organization.
