No. Most members start feeling out of shape. Classes are built for beginners, and coaches provide modifications so you can go at your own pace.

What if I’ve never kickboxed before?

No experience is required. Coaches teach fundamentals, guide you through every round, and make sure you’re comfortable before increasing intensity.

Is this program beginner-friendly?

Yes. The Kickstart is specifically designed for first-timers. It builds skill and confidence before pushing intensity.

Do I need to be fit before joining?

No. Getting fit is the goal, not the requirement. You start where you are and improve from there.

Will I get hit or spar with people?

No. These are fitness-focused classes using bags and drills. There is no fighting or contact sparring in regular classes.

What should I bring to my first class?

Workout clothes, a water bottle, and a willingness to try. Gloves and wraps are provided during your intro.

How quickly will I see results?

Most members feel more energy and confidence within 2–3 weeks. Visible fat-loss results typically follow with consistent attendance.

How often should I train to see progress?
