What was your life like prior to joining: My fitness and health was good.
What RESULTS have you experienced training with us? Since joining Fight Fitness, I have had many successes which include inches lost, increased energy, better sleep, and overall a healthier mindset.
What’s is your favourite class/workout and WHY? Truly, I enjoy all the classes because each bring a different challenge.
What is some advice you’d give to someone starting? Take a chance with Fight Fitness with your fitness journey and overall health wellness. The staff are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and care to assist in any way they can.
What is a quote or mantra that keeps you motivated? No pain…no gain!!!

What’s is your favourite class/workout and WHY? I truly enjoy the boxing and kickboxing. It helps me release my stress and I have been able to better my technique.
What is some advice you’d give to someone starting? Do your best and you have a supportive team behind you.
