How long have you been part of the #FIGHTFAM: Less than a year
What was your life like prior to joining: Skinny fat, low energy, weak
What RESULTS have you experienced training with us? Decrease body fat % from 26.7 to 23% and increase muscle %, increased energy, fatter tummy, overall the body look more tone, fit dress nicer.
What’s is your favorite class/Workout and WHY? They are all good, it us nicer to switch it up. But I enjoy Chris class the most. He is very passionate of what he is doing, he cares about his client. Mostly importantly he is good at cooking who can offer cooking advice during the challenge program. Enjoy his meditation session toward the end of the class.
What is some advice you’d give to someone starting? Trust your coach, stick to the plan they gave you. If you follow their plan, you will achieve your goal.
What is a quote or mantra that keeps you motivated? Don’t let you stop you.
