Before stepping into Fight Fitness, Revathy had tried the gym circuit more than once — but something was always missing. She'd show up, go through the motions, and eventually stop. Revathy loves both FIIT and KB, but Kettlebells holds a special place. "It's fun, energetic, and very engaging," she says. "For me it is both a stress buster and a form of therapy — all in one package." Her Advice to Anyone Just Starting Out

Revathy's message is simple and straight from lived experience: don't overthink it. Fitness isn't a sprint to a finish line — it's a lifelong journey, and the first step is already the hardest.
