She Did It Again: Nelly "The Beast" Is Our Dragon of the Month — Twice
She Did It Again. 🐉🐉
Nelly "The Beast" Alzeer — Back-to-Back Dragon of the Month
Some people earn recognition. Nelly keeps earning it.
If you missed her January Dragon of the Month feature, go give it a read. But here's the thing about a second award in the same year — it doesn't need the same introduction. It needs a different conversation.
Because back-to-back doesn't happen by accident.
It happens when the people around you — your fellow coaches, your members, your teammates — see you every single day, and still choose to put your name forward. Again.
In Their Own Words
We asked the team. Here's what they said.
"Nominating the go-getter, goal-setter, neon queen Nelly!! Fully embracing the 80s theme last week, demonstrating undeniable and contagious energy and creating a fun atmosphere for all! She not only talks the talk but also walks the walk, holding herself to a high bar and brings the same level of accountability to our members!"

"Nelly has been killing it this month and it shows — she got lots of shoutouts and her energy has been amazing. She creates such a positive environment for all the members. Everyone loves her. She's totally kicking ass this month!"
"Coach Nelly has been very consistent all year, but has really picked things up a notch as of late. She's literally on FIRE — coaching sessions, classes, holding her challengers accountable and helping them crush their goals. Doing all this while still working out herself and keeping her family life organized and moving forward. Definitely inspiring results with her gritty habits, all while nurturing great relationships with her clients. Amazing job Nelly!"

"She's been killing her workouts and has been super consistent with her sales."
Four nominations. Four different people. One common thread: she shows up, and people feel it.
What Back-to-Back Really Says
The first Dragon of the Month award says: this person is doing something right.
The second one — in the same year — says something different.
It says the first one wasn't a peak. It was the floor.
It says that while most people get recognized and coast a little, Nelly kept her head down and kept building. She's still locked in on her 2026 performance roadmap — the 300 lb deadlift, the sub-2-hour half marathon, the handstand walks and muscle-ups. Still coaching with the same fire. Still holding her members to the same standard she holds herself.
The neon queen. The beast. The coach who fully commits to an 80s theme and somehow makes accountability look fun.
That's Nelly.

A Note From Us
Two Dragon of the Month awards in one year sets a bar that this gym will be measuring itself against for a long time.
You don't just talk about the grind, Nelly. You are the grind — and you make everyone around you better for it.
Congratulations, Beast. Again. 🐉🔥
