Meet Jacky
Occupation: Communications Manager
Time with Fight Fit: Less than a year
Before joining Fight Fitness, Jacky admits that fitness wasn’t part of their lifestyle at all. In fact, years had gone by without regular exercise — leaving them feeling unfit and unmotivated. But once they joined our community, everything changed.
Jacky’s Transformation
Now, Jacky has reached levels of fitness they once thought impossible.
💪 “On a good day, I can now run a 21.1k half marathon and still attend a kickboxing class two hours later.”
That combination of endurance and strength is proof of what’s possible when you commit to the process and trust the journey.
Favorite Workout
Jacky’s go-to? Kickboxing.
“I get to transfer all my stress to the bag.”
For Jacky, it’s more than a workout — it’s a release, a way to channel energy, and a reminder that fitness can be both empowering and therapeutic.
Advice for New Members
Jacky’s message is simple:
👉 “Just come and try it out. Good people, good vibes, and good routine, so that you can get good health. Health is wealth and a privilege, so why not invest in yourself when you can?”
